We collect email, username, billing metadata from Stripe, and the events we send to Meta (Pixel and Conversions API) so ads can be measured. Hashed email may be sent to Meta for matching, along with browser identifiers Meta sets (_fbp, _fbc) when the Pixel is active.

A shop waitlist (email plus which kit line you asked about) is stored so we can tell you when socks, belt sunscreen, or sun gear actually ships. That email is also a Meta Lead if the Pixel is on.

If you arrive from a promoter link we store a first-party affiliate cookie (mm_aff) for 30 days so we can attribute a signup, a first paid membership, or a future shop order to that promoter. Click and commission records include the promoter username, landing path, and optional UTM or Facebook click ids — not a public profile of who you are.

Free accounts exist so you can download a resume PDF and the FIFO job guide, and post in the forum. We use that email to send the guide and occasional FIFO / market notes. You can request deletion by emailing the address on the site.

If you bring an existing resume into the builder, that file is read so work history and the other details on it can be copied onto the sheet. The file is not stored. The draft you edit stays in this browser.
